2016 Ford Bronco SVT Raptor

Who doesn’t want to see the new 2016 Ford Bronco?

Updated May 14, 2017

2016-Ford-SVT Bronco-Raptor ConceptI don’t care if you are a “red-blooded” Chevy or Dodge man through and through, you have to show respect to Ford Motor Company’s 2016 Ford Bronco and the work that they have accomplished. Not only is the new 2015 F-150 outstanding but so are all the vehicles in Ford’s lineup. There is a vehicle for everyone in the 2015-2016 Ford lineup. From the crazy cat-lady C-Max to the mullet shredding all new Mustang, Ford has managed to deliver on all fronts and it seems they are listening to the masses if only we scream loud enough.

The SVT Raptor is a staple for factory off-road fun. Sure naysayers bitch and moan about bent frames and the all new aluminum body panels but if you actually study the facts and see what the bent frame raptors went through you would understand that your own truck would have suffered far worse. Now Ford has had to prove their aluminum to the world because most idiots fear change. The fact is that the Ford F-150 has shed nearly a half-ton of weight and that weight savings makes every physical characteristic better. So the improved acceleration, braking, power-to-weight ratio is transferred. Ford knows that rednecks are going to abuse their trucks and SUV’s so they must take into consideration this equation.

Dale and Ebert = 1 Ford Bronco + (2) 24-pack Miller High Life + 385hp + 6ft wide ditch + 2ft Jump

If Dale has succumb to Ebert’s peer pressure after 24 Miller High Life’s and decided to prove him wrong with a jump in his new Bronco, what will Dale’s exit speed be off the ramp. Solve for X.

This equation happens a lot and Ford can’t let a newly debuted SVT 2015 Ford Bronco end up on YouTube getting its wheels sheared off due to an under/over compensation of Dale’s drunken theory of physics. The Bronco has to be solid and powerful and from the looks of it and the tales we have been told, it will be.

Now with the 2016 Ford Bronco SVT being based on the short-frame version of the F-150 means that the Bronco will get the added benefits of the more powerful engines as well as the lighter weight components. From the 2.7L Ecoboost 325hp/375lb-ft, 3.5L Ecoboost 365hp/420lb-ft to the 5.0L V8 showing 385hp/387lb-ft means that there will be some very fast Broncos running around that have insanely good gas mileage numbers considering.

It is nice to see that the 2016 Ford Bronco will be joining us due to the fact that there really is not much left on the market for true 4×4 SUV’s. Other than the Wrangler and 4Runner there is very little left in the terms of non-uni-bodied pansy wagons. I myself am still baffled by the horridness of some of the new Cherokees and Pathfinders as they seem to resemble the transgendered navy seal. Once a true badass and now the ugliest woman you have ever seen. Sure that woman could still kill me but I would be laughing the whole time.

Update: The New Bronco has been made offical.
