2020 Ford Bronco Could Look Like This And You Will Like It
Expect Body on-frame and solid axles for 2020 Ford Bronco as well

Bronco will be here. In 2020, as Ford reported some time ago. But what would it look like? Like this? Renderings from the bronco6g.com suggest that the new 2020 Ford Bronco will gain a retro look heavily inspired by the old car. Now, the thing about new cars receiving the look of old machines is that engineers and designers making them usually have to go the extra mile to make them complement with the latest safety and EPA standards. Now, the cars need high pedestrian safety rating, crash and crumple zones that affect the looks dramatically, and most importantly, they have to be aerodynamic. And it is hard to make an aerodynamic vehicle with a flat front end.
Not impossible mind you. Just look at the latest Ford F-150. We have to imagine that the new Ford Bronco will have a somewhat similar basic shape of the front end as the F-150, yet, with classical retro touches.
2020 Ford Bronco As A Four Door SUV
Renderings shown here also suggest that the Bronco may become a four door SUV. And considering it will be based on the T6 truck platform, we are quite sure it will be just that. Don’t think for a minute it will lose some of its appeal because of that. Just look at these renderings which quite nicely illustrate what we can expect from the new Bronco.
Right here, we have a number of different color options showcased with the new Bronco and it is obvious – the car looks stunning.
Some did suggest that the new Bronco will be just a reworked Everest. However, Ford’s Chief Technical Officer Raj Nair assured us that the new Bronco will share a platform with the Ranger, but it will be its own vehicle – “It will be an incremental vehicle from the Everest. This Bronco is completely unique from that Everest.”
The car will also get solid axles front and back. Provided by Dana, who, reportedly, will supply driveline components for the Bronco and the Ranger.
