A Seller Speaks Honestly About His Viper And Manages To Sell It
Updated February 1, 2017
When this guy posted his ad, he was aware about what he was selling. Obviously, he didn’t want to carry anyone on his soul, so he honestly wrote about how powerful his Dodge Viper RT/10 Roadster was.
“I almost killed myself in it. It is VERY powerful. Extremely, EXTREMELY fast… The engine sounds like 40 pit bulls eating kittens while lifting weight”. Those were some of his words in the advert. Obviously, the guy was talking straight from his hard and apparently the people appreciated it. That is why he was able to sell the car for $30,000.
We took a look at his whole exposure and came to a conclusion that the new owner was either a total psycho or a passionate car enthusiast. We hope it’s the second option as most of the things claimed in the ad are correct. Dodge Viper is a hell of a machine!
The first Dodge Viper came off the assembly line in 1992 and since has become synonymous with power. The one mentioned in the advert is the second generation Viper, the RT/10 version. The 6-speed manual transmission sports car was produced from 1998 to 2002, during which period it was one of the fastest cars on the market.
We stand by the seller’s claim that Dodge Viper RT/10 is insanely fast. Its top speed is 185 mph, meaning that it could leave many Ferraris behind. On top of that, it’s extremely agile, with the acceleration from 0 to 60 mph done in 4.0 seconds
