Aston Martin Vanquish Shooting Brake by Zagato Is What Wagons Should Look Like

This is Aston Martin Vanquish Shooting Brake by Zagato:
And this is Wikipedia’s definition of the word art:
“Art is a diverse range of human activities in creating visual, auditory or performing artifacts (artworks), expressing the author’s imaginative or technical skill, intended to be appreciated for their beauty or emotional power.”
So, do you find the Vanquish Shooting Brake by Zagato beautiful? Upon seeing it did you have any emotional response whatsoever?
Those of you who have answered yes to both questions also got an answer to a long standing question- a car can be art. At least for you.
And what a better way to celebrate art than with one of the most intricate and alluring designs of the modern age.
Clearly, this car is the addition to the amazing family of Aston Martin by Zagato cars based on top notch Vanquish S models. Zagato plans to produce exactly 325 Vanquish Zagato models. We already saw a Coupe, a four-seat Volante convertible, and a two-seat open-top Speedster. All of them gorgeous.
This one though is a station wagon. Something no one expected. The closest thing to compare it with may be that Ferrari GTC4 Lusso. Although, that is a four seater. This one only seats two, but with a massive boot and, of course, a tailored luggage set.

In short, it will have a double-bubble roof, Vulcan inspired rear lights and exceptionally intricate design of the rear end. Of course, that 3D Z pattern on the front grille dominates the front as well. This one will truly complete the Aston Martin Zagato family. After all, with the production starting in 2018, Zagato plans to produce 99 units.
And, not all have been spoken for unlike the 99 Coupes, 99 Volantes and 28 Speedsters, all of which had been sold. For insane money, bear in mind. Volante costs astonishing $850,000. But the Shooting Brake is a bargain. Aston Martin Zagato Shooting Brake price is $770,000. And there is enough rich people in the world to buy all of them.
“Zagato’s relationship with Aston Martin began with my grandfather and the DB4 GT Zagato, almost sixty years ago,” the design firm’s CEO, Andrea Zagato said in a statement. “To have a creative ‘marriage’ thrive for three generations is something as unique as the cars themselves.”
“My family name is associated with all kinds of wonderful designs, but for many enthusiasts and collectors around the world, those that combine the Z of Zagato with the wings of Aston Martin are the most special,” he added.
Of course, the Zagato Shooting Brake received a naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 with 592 hp paired with an eight speed automatic. It is fast. Sufficiently fast.
