Drift King’s VeilSide 350Z Up For Dibs
Published August 6, 2015
Tokyo Drift wasn’t exactly the blockbuster film of the Fast and Furious saga. If it didn’t share the name, you’d never know it was part of the series if Vin Diesel didn’t make a cameo.
But there were still some damn fine cars in the movie, and the bad guy, Drift King, drove one of the best. The VeilSide 350Z in grey and black exudes villainous behavior and badassery. And it could be yours.
The VeilSide 350Z has been listed for a mere $234,000, and before you lose interest, it’s not just a body kit and a wrap. Yes, the VeilSide body kit is the widely obvious focus, but under the hood is a villainous APS twin-turbo setup. That churns out some serious ponies at 430 hp and immediately brings the list price into a more reasonable light.
Not to be forgotten are the NISMO two-way differential and twin-plate clutch. Now you can put the 430 horses to the ground with authority.
If you’ll notice in the pictures, the 350Z is a right-hand drive. That sucks a bit as it’s not exactly legal in the US of A currently. But, if you have the cash to bring the VeilSide 350Z over to American soil, you may be able to find yourself a solution.
