Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Hennessey Tuning Kit for 2016

This Is The Hennessey GT350 Tuning Kit That You Need!

Hennessey has introduced a tuning kit option for the 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 that can be ordered from or installed by Hennessey. As always; the “H” in Hennessey stands for horsepower and they are known for getting the best performance out of a Shelby. The HPE575 tuning kit will take a stock GT350 from 526 horsepower to 575 horsepower. A torque increase from 429 foot pounds to 511 foot pounds is also accomplished by the installation of the tuning kit.

The kit is available in limited numbers with Hennessey assigned serial numbers from 1 through 100. This package incorporates several exhaust modifications that include 1.75-inch stainless steel headers, high flow catalytic converters, and a stainless steel mid-pipe. An engine management software upgrade is also included to increase the engine performance level.

Hennessey will install these performance kits for $6,950 and throw in a few added bonuses. These perks include a full tank of gas, a Pennzoil Ultra Platinum oil change, and Hennessey badging. A thorough test drive process is incorporated to validate the performance level and the product is backed by a 36,000 mile/ 3 year warranty. The kits can also be ordered for a cost of $4,995.

The following videos show an acceleration test after the tuning kit has been installed reaching a top speed of 171 miles per hour. As you will hear in the narrative the acceleration times are pretty impressive. The Dyno testing video exhibits the results of the exhaust modifications.

About Chris Riley

I have been wrecking cars for as long as I've been driving them, but I keep coming back for more. Two wheels or four, I'm all in. I founded GearHeads.org and then built and ran AutoWise.com until selling it to Lola Digital Media in 2020. I look forward to watching AutoWise grow as part of the AllGear group.
