Jianghuai Auto wants to keep pushing its way into the passenger car market. This year, they will bring at least three new cars to the Shanghai Auto Show, an MPV, a compact sedan and an SUV.
The MPV, named JAC Refine M6, will target businesses and the government. That was made obvious by the excessive use of chrome and LED lights.
Rumors indicate it will receive a 2.0T gasoline engine and a 1.9CTI diesel, to be paired with a six-speed manual transmission. An 5-speed automatic is also expected to be available for the 2.0T gas version.
Along with the M6, a compact sedan (A0 class) which had its patent drawings leaked earlier this week will also be making its debut. The compact has been tentatively named HeYue A20.
More details emerged: its size is 4250 x 1690 x 1505 mm (L x W x H) with a 2490mm wheelbase. Power will come from an 1.3L or a 1.5LVVT engines, matched to a five-speed manual or CVT automatic gearboxes.
Finally, a new SUV will also be making its debut. Dubbed the HeYue S30, its compact SUV (4100mm long with a 2560mm wheelbase). It will come with engine options including an 1.5T and a 1.8L.
