Lotus-Youngman MPV renderings – those wheels are huge!

As mentioned on the earlier Lotus L5 news posting, Lotus has become the name of Youngman and Protons drive to produce small cars in China, originally Youngman were importing CKD kits from the Malaysian firm but later were given carte blanche rights to start designing their own range of cars under the Lotus branding, the first of which was the L5, and the second looking set to be the below MPV

Whilst Lotus-Youngman have an interesting style, this MPV seems to have a style that weve already seen before, specifically the JAC He Rui MPV, and a smattering of the Ford S-Max. Its unlikely that this Lotus MPV will be strolling down any major boulevards in Shanghai or Beijing anytime soon, as Youngman have specifically said that they plan to target second and third tier cities in China which are currently driving the automotive industry in China, especially as first tier cities get more and more saturated with cars.

The car is reportedly based off the Proton Evora, but obviously lacking in the style dept.
