Mad Max: Fury Road- See It For The Cars, Or Charlize Theron?

Published May 11, 2015

Mad Max: Fury Road is out in theaters May 15th, and we have a sneak peek at some of the vehicles from the film, courtesy of Car and Driver.

Granted, these aren’t the real deal vehicles in the film but rather concept drawings.  It does give a vivid idea of what to expect on the big screen however.  The vehicles drawn here were developed with the idea of chaos, mayhem, death and destruction in mind.

The actual vehicles used in the film will be doing the vast majority of their own stuntwork.  Multiples of the production vehicles were made in case of breakdowns as they were sure to be used and abused severely in the making of the movie; very little CGI was employed.

It leaves one question that just begs to be asked:  will your reason for checking out Mad Max: Fury Road be the cars, or the movie’s leading lady, Charlize Theron?

About Calvin Escobar

The Car scene is so diverse Where I come from, most enthusiasts recognize the amazing engineering (particularly the engines). The bulk of the ridicule originates from the manner in which many of the vehicles are modded/maintained. Thus, the jokes and or hate tends to be aimed more at the owner rather than the machine. All of which makes seeing properly sorted old Toyota's and Hondas at car meets, auto shows, and track days all the more refreshing.

At Autowise, we envision ourselves as not just a automobile blog or an automobile news website, instead we see our website as a platform to connect all automobile enthusiast and provide them with all the information they need.
