This car has already been spotted testing in the USA, but this is thought to be the first time that it has been spotted in China. The above Excelle will ride on the same platform as the popular Chevrolet Cruze (GM Delta II platform), engines are likely to be the same as the Chinese Buick Excelle hatch (hopefully their will be an XT sedan as well) so a naturally aspirated 1.6L and 1.8L as well as the top of the line 1.6T.

The hatchbacks official launch date has been set as Jan 23rd, an eventual launch date for the sedan version has not yet been announced
