One Off Ferrari F12 TRS Liquid Silver Appeared In Switzerland
Fourth Most Powerful Ferrari – the Ferrari F12 TRS Racing 911 GT3 RS
Published October 17, 2017
Ferrari is well known for making exceptional one-off models for its most trusted customers. We did see a stunning $4.2 million Ferrari F12 TRS appearing in 2014, however, we did not know that Ferrari crafted more one-off cars based on the F12berlinetta. But here it is, as it seems, for the first time on video. This is the Ferrari F12 TRS. Another one – slightly different compared with the red F12 TRS we saw earlier.
This one recently caught on camera in Switzerland at a track event, seems to have a different front end, awesome liquid silver finish and Targa style roof. This, obviously, is a one-off with a bespoke front end only vaguely representing what we have seen before on Ferrari cars.
Now, Ferrari Special Division did make a number of unique cars, but it seems that their TRS series was one of the most mysterious ones. After a bit of research, we found out that they’ve made three F12 TRS models – one in red, one in black and apparently this one in liquid silver. We wrote about it only once before. As it seems, the red one and the liquid silver one belong to the same buyer. We are not even surprised by the fact that we can see only glimpses of these cars here and there. After all, they are rather special.
Ferrari F12 TRS is one of the Most Powerful Ferrari Cars Of All Time
Back in the day, the F12berlinetta was the fastest and the most powerful Ferrari ever. Its 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V12 developed 740hp. It is the same for the F12berlinetta and for these stunning one-off TRS monsters. In fact, performance may be the same for all of them. The F12 TRS can reach 60 mph in about 3 seconds, 124 mph in 8.5 seconds and top out at 211+ mph. Sure, Ferrari is a tiny bit conservative with their performance estimates, so on a good day, the F12 could even do better. We don’t quite know who would need it to be any better.
In this particular case, the F12 TRS Silver Liquid muscles out with the Porsche 911 GT3 RS.
It was all filmed in Ambrì Piotta, Switzerland during the SOC Weekend Switzerland 2017. Unfortunately, Ferrari left the event shortly after the race. Enough to get this cool footage nevertheless.
