Rubber-neckers Catch Pagani Zonda PS 760 With a New Nose Job
Supercar Crashes Are a Little Hard to Take In Sometimes
Ah, the Pagani Zonda. A multimillion dollar supercar in which some models are so rare they are never seen on the road. When these nearly custom builds do rarely get driven out of their display cases, they are never witnessed in pieces. However, this unfortunate driver made one of the most expensive mistakes of the year, for him and his insurance company. What you see before you is a PS 760 Pagani Zonda that decided it could lose some weight.
Spotted in the UK on the side of the A27 highway, it appears the Zonda smashed into the guardrail due to wet road conditions. This particular model is said to be owned by Peter Saywell, and the PS 760 is one of the most famous and expensive models of Zonda ever produced. Beyond the obvious front-end damage, there was some also damage done to the back end in the form of a bent-up wing and missing paint. While the overall damage appears to be minor, I sure as hell wouldn’t want to pick up the bill. Especially since Mr. Saywell has to send it back to Pagani for repairs.
