The 2013 Bentley Mulsanne Convertible. Exclusively Topless.
Updated September 19, 2012
In recent news auto maker Bentley has released a few photos of their newest idea to hit their drawing boards. It was a two door version of their widely popular Mulsanne vehicle. At this years Concourse D’Elegance which was held at the world famous Pebble Beach, Bentley decided to bring an actual rolling model of the 2013 Bentley Mulsanne Convertible for a select few onlookers to enjoy. Unfortunately, we all know that showing was more exclusive than an interview with Katie Holmes talking about the Church of Scientology. (Oooh, is it too soon?)
Anyway as per the photos that have been release, we can speculate the 2013 Bentley Mulsanne Convertible will be just a foot, or so shorter than that of the Saloon (aka Sedan) version of the car. Bentley’s CEO, Wolfgang Durheimer made it known that the Mulsanne Convertible is, and will be a four (4) person, two (2) door vehicle for those who love everything about style, grace, elegance, and power.
The looks of the 2013 Bentley Mulsanne Convertible will be one thing to behold, but what of the power? It’s expected that Bentley will keep power for this fabulous convertible simple, and use the same power plant that is in the current Mulsanne now. The one, and the same 6.75L, twin-turbocharged V8 motor, that has proven its 505hp badge of approval. The executives at Bentley have exposed that the 2013 Bentley Mulsanne Convertible is close to becoming a sure thing. Given a few more months of tinkering, planning, and mulling over sales numbers, the convertible will most likely come to fruition. The next big question will be, how much does it cost? But if you, and many other “everyday” drivers are interested, and already know the deal. If have to ask, you probably can’t afford a 2013 Bentley Mulsanne Convertible. Thanks for reading.
