The Youabian Puma Can be Yours For Only $895,000!
This Unusual (And Very Expensive) Machine Is The Youabian Puma
Updated October 4, 2018
The Youabian Puma was featured at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto show and at that time it was valued at 1.1 million dollars. This super-car /monster truck was developed by Dr. K. Youabian and this extravagant project took over five years to complete. This unique hard top convertible has been reduced in price to only $895.000. This automobile has had mixed feelings from car enthusiasts since day one with both positive and negative reviews. Unfortunately, for Youabian, they have been mainly negative calling it one of the ugliest cars ever.
The Puma is a combination of several different concepts all combined to make it extremely unique. There is no official data available stating exactly how many of these cars have been manufactured or sold. The promotional video shows at least four different cars in various colors.
The Youabian Puma has a fiberglass body and a combination of steel and aluminum was incorporated into the chassis. There are a wide variety of parts used on this car from several different automobile manufactures. The majority of the parts are actually made by Volvo and the power plant is a Chevrolet Corvette LS7 that generates 505 horsepower. There also appears to be some other components that are screaming General Motors. It is definitely one of the very few four-seat convertibles that sports 20 inch wheels fitted with 44-inch all terrain tires.
Even with this unique configuration; the Youabian Puma can achieve a 0 to 60 acceleration in 5.9 seconds. Amazingly enough; it suppose-ably gets 22 miles per gallon on the highway.
The following videos showcase the functionality of the unique convertible hardtop. The promotional video displays its overall style, performance, and handling capabilities. You can have one in your driveway next to your Porsche for only $895.000!
