The world’s biggest and best auto shows often draw lots of attention — after all, where else can you find the latest tech, fastest cars, and hottest car show models all in one place? We scoured the globe to come up with a list of the ladies who have modeled a car at the biggest cast shows around the world.
The Hottest Car Show Models Around The World
Now, before we get down to the car show and modeling business, allow us to first point out that these gorgeous ladies are no longer known as models, but go by the title product specialists. Next time you attend a motor show in a city near you, remember that the hot lady standing beside an equally hot car probably knows more about the car than you do. Remember, the company is interested in picking your brain to know what you think about their car — and the hottest car show models can do this better than anyone else.
International Motor Show | Frankfurt, Germany
These elegant ladies match the Lamborghini brand to a T. If you were lucky enough to strike up a conversation with one of these beautiful ladies, she would tell you that the International Motor Show in Frankfurt is the yardstick by which all the other car shows are measured. If you took time to count the number of cars on display, you’d realize why the show is regarded as the biggest one on the planet.
The event is hosted in two different German cities. Frankfurt hosts odd-numbered years while Hannover is the proud host in even-numbered years. One of the most interestingly innovative models launched in the show was the 2017 Bentley Bentayga, an SUV with a smooth, elegant figure. Then there was the 2016 Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Spyder which, as any car lover would admit, is as eye-catching as any of the hottest car show models.
Canadian International Auto | Toronto, Canada
Cars and beautiful women have almost become synonymous in every trade show throughout the car calendar. This gorgeous lady would no doubt tell you that the Canadian International Auto Show is the biggest car show in the country. It is where many new models are first introduced in Canada.
Prior year’s highlights included the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. This 4-door sedan reintroduced the Italian car maker’s foothold in Canada after a 25-year lull. The Quadrifoglio was a muscle car with 505 hp and, at the time, was capable of giving the BMW M3 a run for its money despite its lower price tag.
Tokyo Motor Show | Chiba, Japan
This car show model looks perfectly set to sell tuned Japanese sports cars like the ones featured prominently in race car video games and movie franchises such as the Fast and Furious. She would likely tell you that the Tokyo Motor Show, or Toyko Auto Salon as it is also known, is the place to come for modified cars and anything you need to transform any small car into a mean street racer. In fact, modifications are so well displayed at the show that the Tokyo Auto Salon ranks internationally as one of the best automotive shows and is even sometimes held in other Asian countries such as Thailand.
Chicago Auto Show | Chicago, United States
It’s hard to pass up a 2-door sports car and this gorgeous lady makes sure you’ll stop and look twice. The Chicago Motor Show, as she would probably tell you, has over a million attendees each year. The popular show is usually held in a hall so large that car manufacturers host concerts and put on other similar theatrics to introduce their new models. The Dodge Viper displayed above came with a matte exterior finish just to give attendees a glimpse of the car’s 50 million unique configurations and 16,000 paint colors. Not to mention it’s 645 horsepower. Ferrari, are you listening?
International Geneva Motor Show | Geneva, Switzerland
It is a fact that Germany has the biggest auto show globally, but when it comes to glamour, Switzerland takes the lead. If you don’t believe us, just take a look at some of the photos from the show. You wouldn’t be mistaken in thinking this is an expensive, red-carpet kind of affair.
Switzerland is famous for among other things chocolate, banks, neutrality, and just about the only place worldwide where all car manufacturers get the same billing. Most countries tend to give more emphasis to their local auto manufacturers. But the Swiss give all automakers the same attention — perhaps because they don’t have a brand of their own. Previous years’ highlights included the green supercar from Arash, the AF10 hybrid with 2080 bhp, and of course the Bugatti Chiron which almost stole the entire show.
Indian Auto Expo | Delhi, India
For this show, Jaguar went all the way and got Bollywood’s famous actress, Katrina Kaif, to model for its supercar. And while Kaif might have been one of the most recognizable hottest car show models at that year’s show, there is no shortage of talent at Asia’s largest car show.
The Delhi Auto Show has grown to become an international spectacle from its humble beginnings some 30 years ago. It includes Jaguar, once a proud British symbol, now owned by Tata Motors of India. In prior years, Tata Motor introduced its Jaguar XE sports saloon, Jaguar’s first venture into the luxury car market in years. The 4-cylinder 178 hp saloon came at a bargain base price, but with all the luxury refinements that Jaguar is well known for — a car worthy of Katrina Kaif’s introduction.
Las Vegas Lowrider Car Show | Las Vegas, United States
What gives a low rider such a great allure? The same glitz, glamor, and overall gaudiness that Las Vegas is known for. Never mind the casinos and buffets — Lowrider magazine’s auto show symbolizes the true spirit of Las Vegas’ greatness. In prior years, the magazine even threw in a bikini contest in true Vegas style. Not to be eclipsed by the hottest car show models, there were many cool lowriders, too.
Mondial De L’Automobile | Paris, France
Similar to other car shows held in Europe, the Paris Mondial De L’Automobile is held in alternating years. In terms of glamour and style, Paris runs neck to neck with Geneva. What would you expect from the City of Lights? And true to form, the models look like they stepped straight out of one of Paris’s renowned fashion houses. Beauty is an integral part of French culture, after all.
Most of the other international car shows have more cars than this one, but not as many attendees; in many years well over a million people attend. Manufacturers from all corners of the world debut their cars in this show, from supercars to regular daily drivers. And there’ll always be one or two surprises to look forward to from luxury car manufacturers— like when Lamborghini unveiled the Asterion LPI 910-4, a hybrid concept 897-hp supercar.
Supercar Roma Auto Show | Rome, Italy
Fiery hot and guaranteed to pump up your blood pressure? We’re talking about the fast cars on display here, of course. Although the hottest car show models at the Supercar Roma Auto Show certainly aren’t playing second fiddle to any Italian sports car. This show is what an Italian car lover’s dreams are made of. Well, it’s not just an Italian affair, as much as we know how much Italians love fast cars, are there are the latest car models from Germany and all over the world.
The show is the place to be. You can see never-before-exhibited 4x4s tackle the rugged terrain of the beautiful Alps. Or for the aspiring race car drivers, these models are based on some of the fastest factory racers on the biggest circuits in the world. There are even simulators to give you a feel of the real thing, not to mention a chance to watch stunt drivers performing in the outside arena.
Bologna Motor Show | Bologna, Italy
The Bologna Motor Show happens every second year just like other shows in Europe. Italians love their small motorcycles, but their cars are great too. And this show has a good number of them — accompanied by some of the hottest car show models to explain features. And don’t forget to swing by the Ferrari museum while you’re in town which showcases the most iconic Ferraris to date.
North American International Auto Show | Detroit, United States
This is not just a show of the best North American cars but a display of the hottest car show models continental America has to offer. North America is still a leader in the production of great cars, and many of them are launched at this show.
The Detroit car show is the most hyped in the continental U.S. And it’s not just a show of cars but also a fundraising event for genuine causes. If you want to see the best of the American auto industry, this is the place to be — along with cool new cars like this Ford GT, a real stunner with 600 hp and a price tag of “only” $485,000.
Qatar Motor Show | Doha, Qatar
While the Qatar Motor Show is not as big of a car show as the rest, it still gets around 100,000 visitors, which is quite impressive in the Middle East. The show caters mainly to the neighboring Gulf States and is renowned for unveiling some of the best cars in the world — showcased by some of the hottest car show models. Admission is also free.
New York Auto Show | New York, United States
If you are a New Yorker, then you know that the Big Apple is the greatest city in the world. It is little wonder that carmakers from all over the world choose this event to unveil their latest creations and that the models who accompany the cars are equally striking. Take the exciting Hollywood’s best Toyota Prius Prime which was unveiled at the show. The economical 120 mpg was good news when you live in a city as crowded as NYC.
Moscow International Auto Show | Moscow, Russia
Like most motor shows in Europe, this one is a biennial event too. The show is the place to be if you want to see the latest innovations from Russia including Lada. Car manufacturers from Europe, Asia, and North America are well represented here too. The latest creations of Accord and Cadillac are usually launched here — with the help of the hottest car show models of Moscow.
Bangkok International Motor | Bangkok, Thailand
In our honest opinion, this show is more about the hottest car show models than the cars. The show even hosts a Miss Motor Show, similar to the Miss USA pageant. True, there are cars here, a few great ones, but unless you live in Thailand, you probably won’t find yourself at the Bangkok International Motor Show so photos from the event will probably have to suffice.
