Toyota Hilux Luxed Up By Amazing Carlex Design
Interior Worthy Of All Titles
Published October 17, 2017
We have seen that special Toyota Hilux Invincible 50 only weeks ago. That one celebrated the 50th anniversary of the, arguably, the most amazing truck there ever was- the Hilux. Let’s continue in the same breath. For you of course. Partly because the Hilux celebrates its 50th anniversary, but mostly because renowned Polish tuner Carlex Design released pics of the Hilux they configured. It’s quite literally, amazing.
As seen sometime before on the other Carlex Design works, the Hilux benefited from an extraordinary decorated cabin. Endowed in leather, the cabin makeover features hand-stitched leather on the steering wheel, on the seats, and on the doors. Carlex, as luxury centered as ever, provided a special soundproofing material for the doors and even silent closing tailgate. New sound system with better infotainment options and chrome pieces are a must as well. All of this dramatically lifts the refinement factor in the cabin. If we did not know better, we would think that this is some kind of a posh, but soft truck.
Do not worry, it is not.
What it is though, is a machine gracefully decorated with an all-new body kit. On it, new front and rear bumpers, new roof spoiler, arch extensions, more pronounced sills, lamp insets, and a hood cover. Quite formidable looking truck, wouldn’t you say!?
Its looks (and capabilities) have been additionally enhanced with the 18-inch Black Rhino Razorback alloys shod in BF Goodrich All Terrain tires. These hide Pedders full suspension lift kit. With it, the Carlex Design Toyota Hilux certainly can take on even the harshest of terrains. Not as harsh as that Hilux Arctic Truck (something like this) which reached the North Pole, but harsh enough.
Now, making two versions of the truck differentiated by exterior decals and some other details marked a whole new chapter for Carlex Design.
Carlex Design Started Pickup Design Division With Two Formidable Toyota Hilux Trucks
With these two awesome custom Hilux trucks, the Polish company started an all-new Pickup Design division. We can expect much more truck work from them in the future. As their expertise is known even in the US, don’t be surprised to see a Ford F-150 or a similar truck touched up by the Poles. They will turn luxury to eleven.
