Ultra-Rare Lamborghini Veneno Priced at $11 Million
How Much Would You Pay For A Rare Lamborghini?
Updated October 1, 2018
In the not-so-distant past of 2013, four Lamborghini Venenos were produced in honor of the company’s 50th anniversary. Now, one of them is being sold with an $11 million price tag. This is only one of three Venenos sold; the other sits on display at the Geneva Motor Show.
The most newsworthy part of this isn’t that one of the super rare limited edition Lamborghinis is up for purchase; it has apparently increased in value by leaps and bounds, judging by the asking price. When it was originally sold, the Veneno went for about $4.5 million, which is way lower than the $11 million the current owner is asking for his collectible car.
Whether this Veneno is really worth that much money is really something that lies in the eye of the beholder. After all, if that’s the car you want and you have the money to pay for it, where else will the opportunity arise? The average person, however, doesn’t have the luxury of really considering a purchase, but that won’t stop us from admiring the strikingly extreme exterior and 6.5-liter V12 engine that can put out 750 horses and go from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.8 seconds.
