WTF Moments Vol. 3 Stupid Is, As Stupid Does Sir.

Updated November 13, 2012

Good Day once again, and welcome back to what is known to be the funnier side of autowise.com. In today’s segment we are going to visit the foolishness that we as regular everyday drivers call, “What The F*ck!” Moments. We will briefly analyze the situation as it begins to unfold before your very eyes, and then at that very critical moment, BAM you get your WTF Moments. For those of you who are familiar with this series, you may realize that the name has been shortened slightly. There’s no real big reason behind it, just making it sweet, and to the point. So, with the introduction out of the way, let’s get on to our first act of ridiculousness.

Our first WTF Moment comes from none other than Mother Russia, home of some of THE WORST drivers in world. It seemed like a your typical average morning, people driving to work, and there’s some moderate traffic, but apparently the driver of a Toyota Land Cruiser decided that he needed to expedite his trip by driving on the local tram rails. Seriously dude, that only works if you’re a TRAIN!!!!

Next up are a bunch of guys having a good time four wheeling around their local Czech Republic free range park, or something. Anyway one of these guys who some how got his hands on an old school Mercedes Benz 2DR G Wagon. It looks the part of a stout off-roading rig, but with that said the driver was way in over his head. Instead of easing his way up the steep hill, num-nuts guns it, and so is born our WTF Moment. Enjoy the carnage, please.

This next clip will surely have you thinking, “Did that really just do that?” In Slovakia, Police demonstration is being held among a fairly large crowd, and the point here is to demonstrate how coordinated the police force is. Well that was the point, but instead you get some half cocked cops crashing into each other, and acting like it never happened. You have to pay close attention for the quickest WTF moment on autowise.com.

Our newest WTF Moment comes from a MENSA candidate who decided that emulating Japan’s VIP style of car modification was not only an awesome look, but failed to realize that he is now driving on a third of the tire surface he used to have. Japanese VIP tuning involves heavily cambered wheels that give you a very small contact patch of rubber to the road you’re on. This Jackass forgot about that part, and Tokyo Drifts his way into an unsuspecting motorist.

Finally, our last WTF Moment comes from Russia. (AGAIN!?) In this one, it seems to be customary to tear shit up no matter how good, or bad it looks. In this video you will see two Cadillac Escalades following a Maybach Benz in a sort of frantic manner. If I didn’t know any better, these Schmucks driving the Escalades, need to relinquish the wheel for good.

I leave you with this thought. If you ever get behind the wheel, and you feel this overwhelming urge to do something terrifically stupid, don’t because there’s always somebody with a camera mounted in their waiting for some new Fail moment to happen. So do your self a favor, and do let it be you.

The Car scene is so diverse Where I come from, most enthusiasts recognize the amazing engineering (particularly the engines). The bulk of the ridicule originates from the manner in which many of the vehicles are modded/maintained. Thus, the jokes and or hate tends to be aimed more at the owner rather than the machine. All of which makes seeing properly sorted old Toyota's and Hondas at car meets, auto shows, and track days all the more refreshing.

At Autowise, we envision ourselves as not just a automobile blog or an automobile news website, instead we see our website as a platform to connect all automobile enthusiast and provide them with all the information they need.
